BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:30 P.M.) – A large Russian cargo ship made its way through the busy Bosphorus Strait this week as it heads to the Port of Tartous in western Syria.

According to Yoruk Isik of the Bosphorus Observer, the Russian government chartered Ro-Ro Sparta III is making its way from the port-city of Novorosiysk to Tartous.

Isik said that this large Russian cargo ship might be transporting the S-300 air defense system to the Syrian military.

On Monday, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced their decision to deliver the S-300 air defense system to the Syrian military.

The Russian Ministry of Defense’s decision came just a week after an IL-20 reconnaissance aircraft was downed off the coast of Latakia.

The Russian government blamed the Israeli Air Force for the IL-20’s demise, despite a Syrian S-200 missile struck the plane.

Moscow found that the Israeli F-16 hid behind the IL-20 as the missile was approaching the aircraft.

Says a worshipper of Allah = Hubal = Ba’al = Baal-Zebub = Belzebuth, the Moon-God, the prince of demons and general in chief for the armies of hëll!
Why d’you think you all have the Moon-crescent as a symbol?
Your “religion” is the only one still existing saying that worshippers of all other ones shall convert, pay the jizya racket or be killed!
Isn’t it evil? Yes it is!

Very good news Israel won’t be happy as they want to attack weak neighbors.

They’re not into attacking weak neighbours : if they were at it, Syria and Lebanon would no more exist for a while. It’s just that these states let the UNSC-banned Hezbollock’s armed branch proliferate while Hezb has been ordered by UNSC to disarm following the war they started on Israel in 2006 (and they started it without asking the Lebanese state at all). Considering Hezb #1 goal is the destruction of the state of Israel and is stockpiling tens of thousands missiles. In fact, Syrian and Lebanese states can somewhat be happy that, although Israel legally could do so, they… Read more »

The only thing that Israel won’t be happy will be having to use 250km+ range missiles to demolish the few S-300 launchers since these are more expensive.
They won’t be happy having to kill Syrian militaries to take the S-300s out.. Don’t you know that the majority of Syrians are Aramaeans=Ethnic Jews? These were forced into Arabisation/Islamisation by the 7th century Arab invasion, changes nothing, Jews are not hot are killing other Jews…

Israel does not need to demolish anything in Syria. The problem is Israel. Keep out of Syria. Stop killing Palestinians.

250km+ Missiles that will have to fly without gps since there will be massive jamling, and that one tier of the S-300 missile have precisely been designed to take out, along with chaff launchers and self-defense ABM subsystems deployed as support assets. + integrated command and structure with Russian-operated S-400 radar apparatus allowing even more precise and rapid tracking and interception, that the Syruans will be very happy to use. Armchair general failure, take two.
