BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:25 P.M.) – The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have captured another district inside Raqqa City, following a tough battle with the Islamic State (ISIL) terror organization in the provincial capital.

According to the US Coalition, the Syrian Democratic Forces took full control of the Al-Qudsiyah District, Sunday, after launching a powerful attack in the western part of Raqqa City.

In addition to the capture of Al-Qudsiyah, the Syrian Democratic Forces also entered the Islamic State held districts of Yarmouk and Darayeh, SDF media activists reported late Sunday night.

With nowhere to retreat, the Islamic State forces inside of Raqqa City will likely retreat from several point inside the provincial capital in order to consolidate their positions before the Syrian Democratic Forces launch one last push.

I can’t wait ’til both Raqqa and Mosul totally fall. What a blow to IS moral when achieved!
