At 1:00 A.M. (Damascus Time) on Saturday, the jihadist rebels imposed full control over the village of Khalsah in southern Aleppo after a grueling day-long battle against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Hezbollah.

Led by Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group) and Faylaq Al-Sham, the jihadist rebels suffered heavy casualties during the battle for Khalsah; however, their resiliency proved imperative during the last 45 minutes of the fight.

Among the many causalities for Jabhat Al-Nusara at the battle of Khalsah was their top commander, Seif Al-Ansari, who was reportedly killed during clashes with Hezbollah.

The loss of Khalsah tonight means that the Syrian Armed Forces and their allies will likely retreat from the villages of Burnah and Zeitan due to their exposed positions.

  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.

This is terrible news. Hader is the next target. Aleppo highway could be cut and put millions of people in Aleppo under siege. Russia refused to provide air support despite repeated requests.

Congratulation. Thank you Russia. You left Syria on time. Maybe you have got assurance from international terrorists ( so called rebels) in Syria that they would never leave Syria to Russia.( Daghestan, chechen …).
