Following the loss of Khalsah tonight, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and their allies retreated from the nearby village of Zeitan, resulting in the jihadist rebels taking full control of it by 1:45 A.M. (Damascus Time).

With the jihadists of Jabhat Al-Nusra, Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham, and Faylaq Al-Sham in control of Khalsah and Zeitan; it is very likely that the Syrian Armed Forces and their allies will retreat from the village of Burnah.
