BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:45 A.M.) – The jihadist rebels launched their first suicide attacks of the year against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) this morning.
According to a report from northern Hama, two jihadist suicide bombers attacked a Syrian military checkpoint near the government stronghold of Mhardeh.
The jihadist suicide attacks were carried out at dawn this morning and they resulted in the death of at least one Syrian Arab Army soldier.
Due to the increased tensions in northern Hama and southern Idlib, the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham have stepped up their attacks against the Syrian Arab Army and their allies.
In response to the jihadist attacks, the Syrian Air Force has launched daily strikes on Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s defenses near the towns of Jisr Al-Shughour and Khan Sheikhoun.
