BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:35 P.M.) – The jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham carried out a special operation on Sunday that targeted an Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) sleeper cell inside the Idlib province.

According to opposition activists via social media, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham managed to locate the sleeper cell inside the town of Darkoush and later storm the Islamic State’s positions in the area.

The opposition activists said that the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham fighters not only killed one of the Islamic State fighters but they also captured another one who was trying to evade capture on Sunday.

Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham would also seize a large cache of weapons, including a huge stockpile of explosives, during their raid on this Islamic State sleeper cell in western Idlib.
