HAMA, SYRIA (3:00 P.M.) – The jihadist rebels of Jund Al-Aqsa (Syrian Al-Qaeda group), backed by the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Jund Al-Sham (Chechen jihadists), continued their offensive in the northern Hama countryside on Tuesday, targeting three villages near the town of Taybat Al-Ism.

Jund Al-Aqsa’s attack proved successful, as they managed to capture all three villages after a short battle with the Syrian Arab Army’s 87th Brigade of the 11th Tank Division.

According to Jund Al-Aqsa’s official media wing, their forces seized the villages of Al-Qaharah, Ras Al-‘Ayn, and Al-Sha’thah in the northern Hama countryside this morning.

With the Syrian Arab Army’s Tiger Forces now deployed to east Aleppo, the Syrian Marines and Desert Hawks Brigade are expected to replace them and help drive back the jihadist rebels.

d**n, the SAA are getting torn apart down there, and the line to Aleppo is so tenuous as it is! That counteroffensive that’s been mentioned before…. they should be doing that kinda soon!

They prefer to inflict big losses, back-up, let artillery or aviation pound then come back. SAA has a 5:1 kill ratio, it’s much better doing like this fo them than suffering big losses. Had SAA better gear like body-armour and helmets Level III for everybody then optics on all riffles, the kill ratio would rise a lot.

If they were that successful then this war would’ve been over years ago. They outnumber their enemies, easily.

So they sweep through villages and the SAA can’t take one village in East Ghouta, which they have surrounded with no food, ammo etc. to resupply with.
