BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:00 A.M.) – The jihadist rebels carried out the assassination of Brigadier General Ahmad Ghadban after the latest round of peace talks concluded in the Wadi Barada area.

According to a military source in Damascus, Brigadier General Ghadban was making his way back to the Syrian Arab Army’s front-lines when a sniper opened fire on his vehicle, killing the retired officer outside of Wadi Barada.

While no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, the Syrian Arab Army believes the sniper was either a member of Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham or Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham (formerly Al-Nusra Front).

As a result of this attack on Saturday night, all peace talks in Wadi Barada have been suspended and the Syrian Arab Army will resume their siege on the final jihadist pocket in this rural area west of Damascus.

The retired general was a resident of ‘Ayn Al-Fijeh and well-respected by both the rebels and government; his death was meant to halt the surrender of the area and block water from returning to the people of Damascus.

In the art of war, seize something precious that belongs to the enemy… so utterly pathetic + worse that it was a joint failure of Russian + Syrian forces… thus this incident is more proof that RUSSIA + the SAA have foolishly pursued too many truces + political solutions in SYRIA, thus jeopardizing the lives of 5 million Syrians in Damascus… a real potential humanitarian disaster!

Hence, the consequence of the SAA’s effete approach to “winning” these battles. Grow some manhood and DESTROY these motherfuckers!!! f**k all the goddamed b***h-a*s TALKIN’!!! Go in, hand-to-hand, and gut these motherfuckers!!! f**k!!! Actually, come to think of it, f**k Bashar and the SAAA. If these bitches had any loyalty, courage, or any desire to fight to protect their homeland, the current state of circumstances would never have obtained. Maybe one day, some Arab nation will have a representative government that the people are actually willing to fight, bravely, for. MAYBE!!! Let me guess, next Deir ez Zor falls to… Read more »
