BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:00 A.M.) – Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham has suffered more losses in northern Syria, as several of their members were killed in the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo this week.

According to pro-opposition activists, at least two Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham fighters were killed and three more were wounded when two masked men opened fire on the jihadist group’s HQ in the southern Aleppo town of Tal Bajer.

Following this attack, unknown assailants threw a grenade at an HTS checkpoint inside the northern Idlib town of Al-Dana; this resulted in a few injuries.

These attacks come just 24 hours after unknown assailants stormed HTS’ positions in Jabal Al-Akrad, killing and wounding all of the jihadist combatants at a checkpoint near the Turkish border.

Such assassinations will have demoralizing effect on HTS members. They are in their own strong hold Idlib and yet losing men so regularly to such assassinations.

They don’t know who is carrying these out and such killings are happening randomly.

HTS members will be always wondering who next and where?

FEAR is such a deadly weapon.

Why would they fear? Aren’t they leaving the kaffarati-world for the paradise with their 72 virgin goats wit big eyes waiting for them? Don’t they say they love death more than we love life? The problem is they need a fatwa to allow them to suicide themselves : suicide has to become halal instead of haram! So, they won’t need to attack the kuffar in order to be killed and go to paradise! It was the same problem with norse religion : Vikings needed to die with the sword in hand to go to Valhalla to drink beer with Odin… Read more »
