BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:10 A.M.) – The jihadist civil war in northern Syria continued this morning, as factions loyal to Turkey carried out a big attack against Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham.
According to pro-opposition accounts, the militants of Jabhat Tahrir Souriya attacked HTS’ positions in the Jabal Barakat area of west Aleppo this morning.
Jabhat Tahrir Souriya reportedly advanced against their former allies from HTS, forcing them to retreat from several areas near the town of Daret ‘Izza in west Aleppo.
In addition to the fighting in west Aleppo, the jihadist rebels are once against clashing inside the key town of Ma’arat Nu’man, which is the largest stronghold for JTS in southern Idlib.
