BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:05 P.M.) – Israeli warplanes have continued their flights along the Syrian-Lebanese border amid fears from Damascus of another potential attack inside Syria.
According to a local report, the Israeli Air Force was seen flying over the southern Lebanese city of Marjeyoun before making their way to the Beqa’a Valley, where they purposely stalked the Syrian border region.
Israeli warplanes were also seen as far north as the Ba’albak region, which is not far from last week’s target at the Al-Daba’a Military Base in the Homs countryside.
While it is common for Israel to violate Lebanese airspace, they have recently intensified their flights over the country’s borders with Syria.
Typically, when Israel launches airstrikes inside Syria, they take the similar path they have flown these last few days along the border region.
