BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:00 P.M.) – An Israeli warplane was spotted over the southern region of Lebanon this evening before making its way towards the southeastern part of the Levantine country.

According to local reports, the Israeli warplane was traveling from the Nabatieh Governorate towards the Syrian border.

While it is not unusual for Israeli warplanes to enter Lebanese airspace or approach the Syrian border, the timing of the flight has raised suspicions of a potential attack.

Typically, when the Israeli Air Force bombs military sites in southwestern Syria, they conduct their strikes at night using this flight path.

The past two Israeli attacks on Tal Al-Harrah (Daraa) and Tal Bariqa (Al-Quneitra) in southern Syria have been carried out by their ground forces near the demilitarized zone.

Good, just fire S-300 missiles and that is. Do not wait until Israel plane lunches their missiles and SAA only try to stop these missiles.

Last (and only) time SyADF managed to shoot down an Israeli F-16, they ended with around the half of their 900 SAM-launchers demolished… IMHO, it’s better for them to keep the remainders to deter Turkish AF which is the real enemy. Any way, IDF only targets IRGC and Hezb which nonetheless have proven themselves irrelevant but want to use Syria as a battleground since Lebanon is not hot at it, having its a$$ between two chairs and a bit enough to end destroyed because of others’ wars. S-300 operator is more likely to learn to sprint, just like Pantsir operator,… Read more »

Ah, this are premises : Khamenei said he would raise his “charity” to Hamas aka Muslim-Brotherhood (which supports al-Nusra in Syria) from $100M a year to $360M…
How amusing Iran backs the enemies of Syria and Syria whines when IDF strikes these so-called “friends” who on one side mimic helping the country while their proxies are part of Syria’s worst enemies, the Muslim Brotherhood, which is also backed by Qatar and Turkey…
Nevertheless, I think the Khamenei’s $360M will induce a payback on his own medicine in the form of more serious strikes on IRGC in Syria.
