The man who was killed, is yet to be identified. Upon the release of his name to the press, Israel will move to destroy his home as part of their military occupation policy.

As part of Israel’s collective punishment policy, in the West Bank, everyone classified as having committing a “terrorist” act, will have their house destroyed.

Under the United Nations General Assembly Resolution ‘A/RES/33/24 (on 29 November 1978)’, armed resistance against Israel’s – what is now 50+ year illegal occupation – army, in the West Bank, is legal.

Since both Judea-Samaria (that you name “West-Bank”) and Gaza belong to Israel in virtue of 1922 San Remo treaty and will do so until a land treaty ends signed with Palis, so it’s NOT an illegal occupation.
