According to a military source in Aleppo, the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) elite Tiger Forces carried out a tactical retreat two days ago at the al-Mallah farms in northern Aleppo in order to inflict maximum casualties upon Islamist factions in the area.

Major General Suheil al-Hassan, commander-in-chief of the Tiger Forces, was said to have masterminded the plan which had government troops retake all their lost areas just hours later.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), a pro-opposition outlet, approximately 40 insurgents were killed as the Al-Mallah area they attempted to infiltrate became a de facto death trap.

The only soldiers that doesnt scream allah akbar (and else) are the Syrian Arab Army and their affiliates. And from the clips i watch FSA soldiers are total joke, Nusra are the real deal there.

Islam absolutely the problem. The murderous depravity of Mohammed and his followers during his life make IS look tame in comparison.

Islam is even a problem for muslims and will be until you purge your books of all the hatred filled in.
FSA is supposed to be secular, in fact, it’s only secular in some areas i.e. their southern front… Around Aleppo, any FSA stuff posted on youtube is filled with “aloha-snackbar”…
Yeah, when the Syria case will be closed, it’ll be time to dismantle Hizbullah too… I can tell you that our paratroopers have some accounts to settle with them, even if it’s 33 years old and same thing for the USMC

Several days ago 127 isis vehicles were destroyed by iraqi gunships. Army does the main attack and holds the ground but If gunships are available you can score much higher. Either as defensive fire support to army or offense after luring enemy into a trap it would be a force multiplier.

The problem with attack-choppers is that they have a very limited time to loiter : a Mi-28 can only loiter for 10 min @200km from it’s base… The Syrian case is much more complicated with a dozen of fronts… Syria needs air-cargos made gunship, even small ones you can get for cheap on 2nd hand market… You can pack much more power in a cargo that you’ll never have in a Mi-28 and it’ll fly for long hours. Even small ones like An-28, DH Twin-Otter, Dornier Do-228, Short Skyvan, Casa Aviocar, Harbin Y-12, etc can pack a tremendous firepower, especially… Read more »

Brilliant. Make the rats go out from their holes for their usual counterattack.
