BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:30 P.M.) – The official media wing of the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) released a recorded speech from one of their commanders after the Ahvaz terrorist attack in southwest Iran.
The ISIS commander, “Abi Al-Hassan Al-Muhajar“, stated in his short recording that his terrorist organization is planning more attacks in Iran.
“The Ahvaz attack will not be the last, God willing,” the terrorist commander said.
“The sons of the caliphate have proven just how fragile the security of the Magi State (Iran) is,” he added.
Last week, the Islamic State carried out a deadly terrorist attack in the southwestern city of Ahvaz, killing at least 25 people and wounding 50 others.
Since the terrorist attack, the Iranian authorities have arrested at least 22 suspects that are believed to have played a role in the Ahvaz attack.
