Al-Hasakah, Syria (12:40 P.M.) – The Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) has taken responsibility for the terrorist attack that killed 4 civilians in the Al-Hasakah Governorate on Monday morning.

According to their official media wing “Al-‘Amaq,” their terrorists carried out the attack in the provincial capital of the Al-Hasakah Governorate.

ISIS has yet to claim responsibility for the other terrorist attacks that ripped through government-controlled Syria.

Over 40 civilians were reportedly killed by terrorist attacks in the Syrian Arab Army controlled parts of sSyria on Monday, government sources told Al-Masdar.
