The Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) has reportedly carried out another heinous crime against the Syrian people after they seized the village of Kafr Saghir in northeast Aleppo.

According to pro-government Palestinian militia “Liwaa Al-Quds” (Jerusalem Brigade), ISIS massacred an estimated 20+ local Arab and Kurdish civilians while they were attempting to flee from the terrorist group in Kafr Saghir.

The reports were corroborated by local civilians that managed to escape to the from the terrorist group on Sunday afternoon.

Currently, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is attempting to recapture Kafr Saghir and several points around it from ISIS.

@Syria_Protector it’s really sad no American policy makers can just admit their wrong and support the Syrian Regime.
