A teenager and a former police officer were killed in al-Rashad according to a source speaking to Al-Mada Press.
“Members of the Islamic State executed a former police officer and a teenager in al-Rashad area, for collaborating with security forces,” the source told Al-Mada press.
The two were accused by the terrorist group of collaborating with Iraqi forces and helping to give coordinates to help target ISIS.
Al-Rashad is approximately 65km south of Kirkuk.
