BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:00 P.M.) – The Turkish Army launched another powerful assault in the east Aleppo countryside on Wednesday, targeting the Islamic State’s positions northeast of Al-Bab city.
Backed by their rebel forces, the Turkish Army stormed the eastern perimeter of Al-Slunfaniyeh on Wednesday, resulting a long battle with the Islamic State terrorists protecting this village near Al-Bab.
However, despite their best efforts, the Turkish Army was unable to advance at Al-Slunfaniyah after several hours of combat with the Islamic State terrorists.
According to Al-‘Amaq, the entire Turkish Army attack was foiled by the Islamic State, marking the 5th time in 2 weeks that their forces have repelled the former’s advance in Al-Slufaniyah.
