BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:20 A.M.) – Iraq’s Interior Ministry said that security forces surrounded the head office of Kataeb Hezbollah in Baghdad on Wednesday, after three people were reportedly wounded in a firefight between the two sides.

A security official said the three injured in the face-off include two policemen and a Kataeb Hezbollah fighter.

Kataeb Hezbollah is part of the Popular Mobilisation Forces (PMF) that battled the Islamic State (IS; formerly known as ISIS, ISIL) militant group in Iraq.
