The Iraqi Army has had a very successful day in the Al-Anbar Governorate, liberating several sites from the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) terrorists around the imperative city of Fallujah.

However, the biggest surprise in the Al-Anbar Governorate came from Al-Karma, where the Iraqi Armed Forces overwhelmed the Islamic State units to liberate this strategic city near the Iraqi capital.

With Al-Karma liberated. the Iraqi Armed Forces have the remaining Islamic State terrorists completely surrounded in Fallujah.

Should Fallujah fall to the Iraq Armed Forces in the coming days, then the Islamic State’s presence in the Al-Anbar Governorate will subsequently be limited to the Al-Qa’im border-crossing into Syria.

Iraqi army? Isn’t this army 2 PMU shi’a militiamen to every 1 ISF soldier? I’d say Iran took that city.
