The Iraqi air force announced in a statement on Friday that it has neutralized 88 ISIS fighters in airstrikes in Tel Kaif and al-Sehaji in northeastern Mosul.

The airstrikes also wiped out a significant amount of combat equipment and hideout spots of ISIS.

This devastating attack by the Iraqi air force comes as Iraqi forces are on the verge of completely routing ISIS from the eastern side of the Tigris river and prepare for their operations to penetrate into the western portions of the city.

Please treat this discussion with the same respect you would a public park. We, too, are a shared community resource — a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.

These are not hard and fast rules, merely guidelines to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for civilized public discourse.

Improve the Discussion

Help us make this a great place for discussion by always working to improve the discussion in some way, however small. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later.

Be Agreeable, Even When You Disagree

You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That’s fine. But remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:

  • Name-calling
  • Ad hominem attacks
  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.

Yeah.
Now, what is a bit sad is we nearly never know what gear and weaponry is used for strikes. This would greatly help to have civilian statistics and… take better care of our taxes!

I wonder if Daesh pays local gravediggers a decent wage given that they will be the last ones to survive . Big problems in Riyadh right now…..their paedophile soldiers are being wiped off like toilet paper !
