Iran’s President Sheikh Hassan Rouhani called Monday on Saudi Arabia to end the kingdom’s “intrusions” in the Middle East in order to solve many regional issues.
“If Saudi Arabia’s vision on the big regional questions confronts reality and it stops its intrusions, we can solve many problems, especially in our relations,” Rouhani told a gathering of Iranian ambassadors in Tehran, AFP news agency reported.
Meanwhile, the Iranian president said that the nuclear deal reached few months ago between Tehran and the world powers has created a new move in foreign and economic policies and people will benefit from these achievements more than others, he said, according to IRNA news agency.
‘We proceed with the JCPOA in line with the guidelines of the Supreme Leader and spare no efforts to serve nation,’ he said, referring to the deal which is known as “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.”
There is no doubt that the JCPOA with its win-win approach can be regarded as an exemplary model to resolve other global issues, Rouhani added.
Iran through JCPOA not only maintained its nuclear rights but also could enhance its rights at the UNSC, said President Rouhani.
