Large-scale war drills, dubbed ‘Eqtedar 97’, kicked off in Iran’s central province of Isfahan on Friday.

According to Deputy Commander of the Iranian ground forces Kiomars Sharafi, the drills “have begun in the Nasrabad district of Isfahan, with the participation of 12,000 forces of the Iranian army.”

Footage shows various types of military equipment, including tanks, fighter jets and helicopters, taking part in the exercises.

Serious BS! Zarqawi hid in Iran b4 entering Iraq and founding ISIS. Many Qaedans also hid in Iran until the mullahs feared the Yanks to turn against them so Qaedans moved to Yemen or returned in Afgha.

Since Khamenei translated Sayeed Qutb into Farsi, he can only be Muslim-Brotherhood, BTW he’s now the #1 backer for Hamas which is part of the MB and itself backs Nusra and ISIS

They’d better prepare to face the jihadists who fled Syria or are still here and the Turkish army…
If Erdogan doesn’t seizes oil+gas rich areas, Turkish economy is fücked and his projects of land theft from the Kurds don’t seem on the good way. Only Iran has no military allies and, just look at the video : most of the gear is obsolete and budget is about the 3rd of the Turkish one.

Unpleasing, isn’t it? But look at his megalomaniac projects and the cray money he borrowed! Same pattern as Hitler in the 30’s. The Central-Bank rose the interest rates at 24% which is enormous, the Lira value has felt and is even refused for car-renting. Tourists who were the #1 resource are not around any more.

The secret alliance between Erdogan and Khamenei looks just like the Molotov/Von Ribbentrop pact made to cut Poland in two. Erdog praised the Nazi regime, didn’t he?

Note that Alexander the Great used the same strategy to build his empire (which collapsed soon after his death). It’s well explained in Machiavelli’s “The Prince” which was written to explain politics to Lorenzo de’ Medici who was far from being bright

What did we sent? A dozen of Rafales, 6 self-propelled Howitzers, a few SOFs…
This is what Russians or us label as low intensity warfare!
When US started to come back with CJTF/OIR, actually, actions were not increased a lot.
