BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:45 A.M.) – In a statement this weekend, the Iranian Ministry of Defense, Amir Hatami, said that the Islamic Republic’s missile arsenal frightens their enemies.

According to the Iranian Tasnim Agency,  Hatami said, “on the occasion of the 38th anniversary of the martyr Jamran, we will continue his approach.”

He said, “Today, thanks to the valuable guidance of the late Imam Khomeini and the leadership and direction of Khamenei, the summit of development and self-reliance has arrived, so that today, by relying on national science and technologies, we can meet the needs of the armed forces in all areas of combat, land, air, sea, missile, electronic, and radar, in proportion to potential threats. The enemy, which today is afraid of our defense capabilities and our lack of dependence on the outside, especially in the missile field. ”

Hatami said that “the country today, in light of facing various conspiracies and intrigues , needs cohesion and national unity, avoiding differences and adhering to resistance, and perseverance in the face of enemy attacks.”

He added that Iran mis fully prepared to confront any enemy force with the full capabilities of the Islamic Republic’s weapons.
