Iran is prepared to build several production facilities in Syria in the near future, Amin Nahhas, secretary of Syria-Iran joint economic committee, said.

According to the Iranian IRNA news outlet, on Tuesday, representatives of Syrian and Iranian businesses held talks in Damascus to set up three companies through the Syria-Iran joint economic committee.

“We are considering establishing very modern industries in construction, health, medicine, milk sectors to break the unjust coercive measures imposed on Syria”, Nahhas said, as quoted by the IRNA news outlet.

The new factories will include a production facility for baby formula, cancer medication and cars.

The Syria-Iran joint economic committee was formed in January in an effort to pave the way for the creation of a Syria-Iran joint chamber of commerce and boost bilateral economic relations.

Likely Israel will hit them hard claiming the facilities were used to produce weapons of some imaginary kind. Better to equip them facilities with proper air defences before they are destroyed.

Oh, you know, Mossad is VERY well informed, look, the carpet factory in Iran where they claimed there was nuclear material stored. Iran let journos approach, all seemed clean, right? Except that… One of the journos managed to smuggle a Geiger counter with him, then… crrrrr crrrrr crrrrr… Unlike your friends in Hamas or Hezbollah, they’re not monsters using human-shields, look, Hamas enjoys Israeli yoghurt : Visible on the tables are tubs of “Gil” yoghurts. This is one of Israel’s most popular brands of cream-yoghurt, revealing the “Gaza siege” to be something of an exaggeration at the very least. Some… Read more »

“Mark my words, if the facilities are used to REALLY produce what they’re supposed to do, IDF won’t touch these… If it’s for dual use or for weapons, it will be what you said…” come on, stop lying (lol, did I really ask you that again xD) they will bomb these regardless, and you know and love it, you racist jew supremacist. They will push the damage as far as they can afford to within their Russian dealings, and so no matter if the infrastructure is military, civilian, Iranian, or Syrian, as they have demonstrated time and again ever since… Read more »

Syria’s southern neighbor will bomb these factories alleging they were missiles that ‘pose threat’ to him, what will Syria and Iran do?

They don’t even bomb Gaza’s hospital while Hamas has its military HQ in the bunker just under, thus making the hospital a legitimate target under the Intl. Law on war (Hague Convention). Do you know how much missiles and bombs cost? Why would they dilapidate expensive gear on facilities which are not threats?
Moreover, ICC’s Fatou Bensouda is a Muslim, she wouldn’t miss any opportunity to sue Israel for war crimes.

they bombed every UN school, shelter and medical center they could in Cast Lead, and it was all on camera, including a playfield, with children agonizing in terrible graphic pain, and their bodies torn apart on camera for world outlets present not far to see, what the heck are you even talking about ?

“Why would they dilapidate expensive gear on facilities which are not threats?” they don’t dilapidate anything of their own, or other than US taxpayer money, so your budgetary argument is null and void, a textbook non-starter. The notion of ordnance and hardware replenishment is a non-issue for Israeli military planners, as their ressources are virtually unlimited, courtesy of Uncle Sam and its 4-billion a year direct aid and countless other billions of indirect support, including military. The IDF does not pay a dime for its own stuff, not even the German Dolphins were paid for, only half of the last… Read more »
