BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:05 P.M.) – The Iranian military launched four long-range missiles at the Islamic State’s (ISIL) defenses in the Deir Ezzor Governorate, Sunday night, the Iranian Ministry of Defense reported.
The Iranian missiles targeted the Islamic State’s positions at four different locations, with most of them being rural areas near the provincial capital and Al-Mayadin City.
This missile attack by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps was in response to the Islamic State’s attack on the Iranian Parliament two weeks ago.
The video footage above was released by Hezbollah’s official media wing; it shows the moment the Iranian military fired the missiles.
