BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:45 A.M.) – The Indian Ministry of Defense presented a photograph of an air-to-air missile as proof that they downed a Pakistani F-16 fighter jet on Wednesday.

According to a Pakistani military source, the AIM-120C air-to-air missile that was presented by the Indian Ministry of Defense did not actually belong to the Pakistani Air Force.

The source said the missile in the photograph had a serial number belonging to a Taiwanese missile, despite the fact Pakistan does not have any diplomatic or military relations with the former.

Indian Ministry of Defense

“How can they post a picture of a missile as ‘evidence’ of downing an F-16 jet,” the Pakistani military source told Al-Masdar.

The source was referring to the wreckage in the picture above, which is what the Indian Ministry of Defense has claimed as proof of the downed F-16 fighter jet by their MiG-21.

The Pakistani Air Force contends that they shot down two Indian MiG-21 jets on Wednesday, killing one pilot and capturing the other in the disputed Kashmir region.

They have denied the Indian military’s claims of downing an F-16 jet, adding that their air force used their JF-17 warplanes during the engagement; they fired Chinese-made SD10 air-to-air missiles at the MiG-21 jets.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are the main causes of Islamic terrorism. Pakistan harbored Bin Laden, Saudi Arabia financed for years the Taliban, and some terrorist organisations in Syria.

You forget Turkey and Iran. For KSA, let’s see how things will go but one thing is clear : There is an interesting U-turn since MBS is doing the weather.

Syria is not totally clean, when it comes to having backed extremists, let me be clear : if you want good guys, there are none around… Some are just worst than others.

james : you also forget that Iran harboured Zarqawi, al-Zawahiri and Hazma bin-Laden, then they helped Osama and his close aides to move to Sudan to be trained by Imad Mugniyeh (Hezb) himself.

It was about the same era we kidnapped Carlos the Jackal in Sudan, where Prez al-Bashri is wanted by ICC for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

There are still Iranians to target for crimes against humanity : the 1988 Khomeini fatwa had 33,000 political prisoners executed, most were hi-school students…

With 120,000 executions over 40 years, well there may be some big boys in the far east getting Iranian oil at bargain price who are lobbying the UN to cover Iranian regime…

But public opinions in democracies are less and less tolerant towards shitlamists, no matter if Sunni, Shia or whatever smaller sects…

India looks silly telling such lies. It should tone down its rhetoric and accept that it came out second best in the latest skirmish. Time for peace and dialog now.

it wasn’t remains of f-16’s engine. It was of Mig 21’s of IAF which was shot down by Jf-17 Thunder of PAF.

Sam : there won’t be peace until the Paki state purges the army and the ISI : both are stacked by shithadists…

AIM-120C “AMRAAM” is a Raytheon (US) made missile. SN traces this one as having been sold to Taiwan. F-16 absolutely uses AMRAAM
