BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:30 A.M.) – The Houthi forces recently called for a mass mobilization of their troops and allies to the western coastal province of Hodeidah, the group’s official media wing reported.
The first group to answer the Houthi mobilization call was the tribal forces in the small province of Dhamar.
These tribal fighters from Dhamar are expected to make their way to the western coast in the next 48 hours, as the Houthi forces prepare to launch a counter-offensive to retake the ground they lost.
However, even with a large force, the Houthi troops are constantly under heavy bombardment from the Saudi-led Coalition; their airstrikes will continue to plague the anti-government fighters in the Hodeidah Governorate.
