BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:45 A.M.) – The Houthi forces came under a big attack, Sunday, that was launched by the Saudi-backed Hadi loyalists in the Al-Bayda Governorate of southern Yemen.

Hadi loyalists attempted to infiltrate the Houthi lines at the Na’em District of Al-Bayda, Sunday, as Saudi airstrikes heavily bombarded the area.

However, despite the air supremacy, the Hadi loyalists were unable to breakthrough the Houthi defenses, the Yemen-based Saba News Agency reported this afternoon.

“The mercenaries suffered several dead and wounded in the confrontations with the army and popular forces toward Aljabal Alaswad and Shabakat Sabah in Thi Na’em,” a military official told Saba News.

This is the second in the last 72 hours that the Saudi-backed forces have attempted to capture this imperative area in the Al-Bayda Governorate.
