Hezbollah’s media wing released several photos of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) on Tuesday, showing the latter’s movements near the Lebanese-Israeli border.
The captured photos were taken by Hezbollah at the Meskafam Settlement, which is situated just south of the Lebanese border-village of Marjayyoun in Israel’s North District.
The photos above show 4 IDF soldiers operating near the border fence on the Meskafam Settlement.
While, it is not uncommon to see army soldiers operating near the Lebanese-Israeli border, Hezbollah’s intentions were expose the vulnerability of the IDF troops operating near them, should they choose to attack.
Hezbollah scouts likely took these pictures from the mountains that overlook the northern countryside of Israel.
This terrain is considered a thorn in the IDF’s side because these mountains in southern Lebanon provide Hezbollah a clear military advantage, thanks in large part to its steep hills that are protected by an array of dense trees.
