BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:40 P.M.) – The Lebanese judicial council postponed the lawsuit against Hannibal Gaddafi on Friday after investigators asked for more time to deliberate with the family of Imam Moussa Al-Sadr.
Judge Zaher Hamadeh put in the request for the postponement after failing to meet with the family of Moussa Al-Sadr in Beirut.
Hannibal Gaddafi is being sued by the family of Imam Moussa Al-Sadr, who was last seen meeting with Mu’ammar Gaddafi in Tripoli (1978).
