BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:00 P.M.) – The Gulf-backed troops entered the Hodeideh Airport, today, after a fierce battle with the Houthi forces.
According to pro-government media, the Yemeni Republican Guard and the Southern Resistance Army managed to crack the Houthi lines at the southern perimeter of the Hodeideh Airport, following the Saudi-led Coalition’s heavy bombardment of the installation.

Pro-government media activists posted photos from the Hodeideh Airport to show that the Yemeni Republican Guard had entered and seized ground from the Houthi forces.
The Houthi forces still maintain that they are inside the airport and they have driven back the UAE-backed troops before; however, it is not clear how much longer they can last in this installation, given the massive bombardment by the Saudi-led Coalition.
