BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:50 P.M.) – The Islamic State (ISIS) affiliate “Jaysh Khaled bin Waleed” released several photos from their offensive in the southwestern countryside of Dara’a on Tuesday, showing off dead enemy combatants and captured vehicles near the village of Tasil.
Gruesome photos showing dead members of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) were displayed by the terrorist organization on a JustPaste. It page; these photos would be posted one day after the Islamic State showed off another group of images detailing their success in Dara’a.
Since launching this surprise offensive in the southwestern countryside of the Dara’a Governorate, the Islamic State has taken control of several villages and hilltops from the Free Syrian Army, making this operation their most successful assault they have had in southern Syria since 2015.
