BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:10 A.M.) – The jihadist group, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham, released new photos of their terrorist executing two Syrians accused of ‘spying’ for the Syrian government in Idlib.
According to the terrorist group, the two men were identified as Colonel Ahmad Ibrahim Al-Yousef and Louai Gharebo.
Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham claimed that the two men were executed because of the Syrian Arab Army’s continued shelling of northern Syria.
While Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham blames the government for the shelling, they have purposely left out the fact they began this month’s hostilities began after they killed more than 15 civilians in Aleppo city.
The terrorist group then carried out an ambush against a group of Syrian soldiers that resulted in the death of 19 military personnel.
In addition to their continued hostilities, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham has also refused to withdraw from the demilitarized zone that was established in Sochi on September 17th.
Of all the warring parties currently operating in northwestern Syria, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham is the only group that has seized any territory.
In late February, the terrorist group launched several attacks against the Turkish-backed rebels, seizing most of western Aleppo and many areas inside Idlib.
