DAMASCUS, SYRIA (11:30 P.M)- Two Palestinian teenagers were killed yesterday, by Israeli sniper fire, during Gaza demonstrations.

According the Ashraf Al-Qedra, the spokesman for the Gaza Health Ministry, Israeli forces killed two teenagers this Friday. The Gaza Health Ministry also noted that 17 demonstrators had been injured with live ammunition.

The two teenagers killed, were identified as 14 year old, Hassan Shalabi, and 18 year old, Hamza Eshtewi.

Fourteen year old, Hassan Shalabi was shot in the chest and face and suffered for approximately 30 minutes before passing away. Eighteen year old, Hamza Eshtewi, was shot in the neck and died almost instantly.

The Gaza Health Ministry further noted that several other protestors had suffered lighter injuries.

This Friday marked the 46th Friday of the ‘Great Return March’ demonstrations in Gaza.

More than 270 Palestinian demonstrators have been killed in Gaza, since March the 30th. No Israeli’s have been killed by Palestinian demonstrators.
