BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:00 P.M.) – A former Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) member that was captured by the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) in northern Syria has now joined the ranks of the latter in northern Syria.
The former ISIS member, Aymen Al-Jalaba, was recently discovered in the ranks of the Turkish-backed Jabhat Al-Shamiya after a video of him beating a child was released from the northern Aleppo city of Jarabulus near the Turkish border.
Ayman Al-Jalaba was a member of Deash #ISIS in DeirEzzor arrested in #TFSA area and got 4y prison but he is free and is member of Jabha Shamiya #TFSA in Jarablus.

As mentioned above, Al-Jalaba had recently fought with ISIS during their short reign over much of the Deir Ezzor Governorate; however, since the terrorist group’s loss, many of these militants have made their way to rebel-held northern Syria.
