BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:30 A.M.) – The Israeli Air Force carried out a powerful attack over the weekend that targeted several sites around the Syrian capital.

The most cited target that was attacked by the Israeli Air Force was the weapons warehouse near the Damascus International Airport.

However, a military source in west Damascus informed Al-Masdar this morning that the Israeli Air Force had actually targeted a number of sites, including a large missile storage facility in the Jdeidat Artouz area.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the Syrian military source said that the Israeli Air Force bombed the missile storage facility that is located between Jdeidat Artouz and the Artouz in the Qatana District of west Damascus.

The attack resulted in a massive explosion that could be felt throughout the Qatana District and as far west as the Lebanese border.

Other attacks were cited by local activists in the Darayya area; however, the source could not confirm these claims at this time.

  • Ad hominem attacks
  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.
