BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:50 A.M.) – At dawn on Wednesday morning, several green buses provided by the Syrian Government to evacuate civilians and jihadists from east Aleppo remained empty, despite the peace agreement that was put in place just hours before the scheduled departure.

Prior to the scheduled departure this morning, sporadic gunfire was reported from the jihadist camp throughout the night, causing many soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) to fear the peace agreement was forfeited.

According to a Syrian military officer, the evacuation of jihadists and civilians has been postponed indefinitely; this is due to poor communication and internal disputes among the opposition forces.

With a great deal of uncertainty regarding the evacuation of jihadists and civilians, it is very likely that this peace deal could collapse if no third party intervenes.

I just gave you thumbs up, as I prefer finished terrorists, too. Although there are advantages of an evacuation for Syria and the free world:
1. Many of the evacuated terrorists go to Turkey and Europe, destroying those countries in the middle and long term.
2. City fights are more complicated and dangerous than destroying the terrorists in the Idlib plains, where bombs can be used.
3. Civilian sympathisers are evacuated, too. Otherwise Syria had to accept those traitors in Aleppo.

there’s a problem. can you see? it’s the taqfiri problem; do away with them bastards, ok, but then, what makes us different from them? I’m really at a loss here. No problem to kill them in battle, but then, simply killing them unarmed, the nazi way?

No more negotiations, aleppo should be liberated no matter how long it takes. The terrorists have commited many crimes and should pay for them, what is the point in giving them a free trip to Idlib then go there to battle them again. The victory of aleppo should be in honour of the bave SAA soilders that held out at Kindi hospital.

Too many players in play for ceasefire game: 1- Turkey: wants to “rescue” the remaining rebels to non-Idlib areas ASAP 2- US/West/UN want to keep the clashes going as the negative PR is cash cow for them using fake news and old pictures from their own doing to mislead public and force Syrian/Allies for accommodating agreement. 3- Iranians: they want the 2 besieged towns in Idlib to be part of the deal. 4- Russians: They want it over ASAP to concentrate on Palmyra debacle. 5- SAA/Allies: They are tired but also want to have justice from the people who slaughtered… Read more »
