Se publicaron fotografías en redes sociales que mostraban las estaciones de bombeo de agua recientemente liberadas en el este de Alepo.

Las imágenes muestran las instalaciones públicas casi intactas, tras varios años bajo control del grupo terrorista ISIS. Sin embargo, el grupo terrorista plantó decenas de minas fuera y dentro de las estaciones antes de que sus militantes fueran forzados a retirarse.

Totalmente conscientes de la táctica, las unidades de ingeniería del Ejército sirio desmantelaron los explosivos antes de asaltar las instalaciones.

La liberación de dos estaciones de bombeo de agua, una para el agua potable y otra para el riego, liberará a los civiles de Alepo de años de crisis humanitaria después de que ISIS cortara los suministros de agua que alimentan la ciudad del norte de Siria.

Ayer, los militares sirios finalmente lograron volver a tomar las estaciones de bombeo de al-Khafseh en el campo del este de Alepo después de feroces batallas con el Estado Islámico.
