Las Fuerzas Tigre del Ejército Árabe Sirio (EAS)- respaldado por Liwaa Suqur al-Sahra (Brigada Halcones del Desierto), las Fuerzas de Defensa Nacional (FDN), y los Batallones del Baaz – acaban de avanzar nuevamente sobre posiciones de ISIS en el este de Alepo.

Con los rápidos avances realizados en el este de Alepo, se esperaba que el EAS y sus aliados continuaran hacia al-Bab; sin embargo, empujaron hacia el oeste.

El pueblo de al-Sin fue liberado por el EAS al tiempo que intenta conectar con la Zona Indusrial de Sheik Nayyar, rodeando al ISIS en torno a una planta de energía que proporciona electricidad a la ciudad de Alepo.
