BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:25 P.M.) – The Egyptian Army continued their military operations against the Islamic State (ISIS) terror organization in the Sinai Peninsula on Thursday, killing several terrorists in the central countryside.

According to local activists, the Egyptian Army killed 15 Islamic State terrorists during their operations in central Sinai, uncovering two warehouses filled with weapons in the process.

The Egyptian Army suffered 10 casualties during their field operations on Thursday, including the loss of 3 officers.

Visibly, it’s 10 dead, not casualties : casualties include wounded.
It’s not a great idea to send conscripts directly in contact during anti-terrorist operations : this is job for well trained/equipped professionals. 1.5:1 kill ratio is unacceptable.
