BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:00 P.M.) – For the third-day in row, the Israeli Air Force has conducted flights along the Syrian-Lebanese border.
According to a military source in Damascus, the Syrian military has been watching the situation along the border closely, as Israeli warplanes were spotted near the Syria’s border with Lebanon’s Beqa’a Governorate.
The source added that the Israeli warplanes entered Lebanon’s Nabatieh Governorate in the south before making their way towards the Beqa’a Valley near the Syrian border.
The Israeli warplanes did not enter Syrian territory after stalking the border for several minutes this evening.
In the past, the Israeli Air Force has struck Syria’s Damascus and Homs governorates from eastern Lebanon; if they were strike these provinces again, they would take this flight path.
