DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:45 P.M.) – Several ISIS militants were killed while trying to escape their last stronghold in east Swaida which came under heavy strikes conducted by the Syrian Army.
The Syrian forces are using artillery and rocket launchers, as well as air strikes, to pound the extremist militants in Safa Hilltops.
Meantime, the government troops managed to foil an attempt made by ISIS jihadists to break through the siege toward the US-controlled Tanf region.
All the fleeing militants were killed, one captured alive in the process according to a military source.
