BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:40 P.M.) – The Chinese Army carried out intensive military exercises involving many types of weapons along the Tibetan border area with India, after the clashes that occurred between the Indian and Chinese armies last month.

The People’s Daily newspaper of China said that the Chinese Army released a video, yesterday, monitoring part of those exercises, in which Chinese tanks showed off their heavy shooting during the training.

Artillery units, armored vehicles, and air defense units participated in the exercises, and training was carried out to showcase the storming abilities of infantrymen in some locations with the support of the armored units and in conjunction with artillery shelling.

Days ago, Chinese Type 15 tanks carried out large-scale exercises near the Indo-China border, and the Chinese Global Times newspaper said that the exercises were carried out in the Tibet region, southwest of the country.

It is noteworthy to mention that the Chinese Type 15 tanks are among the main light fighting tanks, which made its first appearance at the Chinese military parade in 2019.

Clashes took place between the Chinese and Indian armies on June 15, in the Galwan Valley region of Ladakh, and resulted in several deaths.

The soldiers of the two nuclear-armed states have faced several disputes along their  border, but the outcome of the latest clash is the largest since the clashes that took place between the two sides in 1967, in which the death toll was estimated in the hundreds.

India’s Army, most likely has the same doctrine than the British Army, regarding a confrontation, the Chinese can get a b****y nose. Nobody wants young soldiers to die, China better stop any agression to it’s neighbors like Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Russia, Nepal, Pakistan, Tibet (Tibetans have immolated themselves to protest Chinese ocupation of Tibet) and India.
