BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:05 P.M.) – Israel carried out the deadly attack in southeast Syria that killed over 40 personnel from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Iraq’s Hashd Al-Sha’abi, an unnamed U.S. official told CNN.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) declined to comment to CNN regarding the attack.

Albukamal is a long distance from the Israeli border, but it would be a viable target for their military, given the large presence of Iranian-backed forces near the Iraqi-Syrian border.

Israel has also never attacked the Syrian military this far from their border, so if they were behind this – this would be the first time they have every bombed the Deir Ezzor Governorate.

Though, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did vow to attack the Iranian-backed forces anywhere inside Syria during his weekly cabinet meeting.

This is a threat that he and his Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman have made on several occasions in the past.

Doesn’t Israel have the foresight to see how isolated and surrounded they will be by countries with a grudge against them. They are fast losing face for all the world to see, especially when they have consistently pretended to be the victim.

“Doesn’t Israel have the foresight to see how isolated and surrounded they will be by countries with a grudge against them.” => They’re no more isolated and surrounded, we’re no more in 1948 or 1967… “They are fast losing face for all the world to see” => Do not believe biases, it’s not because Qatar bought AFP or al-Taweed bought many MSM that the public eats it! Have you seen the victory at the Eurovision? It came from the public. Look at how BDS fails! The effect is even the contrary, investors are rushing, tourists too. They’d better considering liberating… Read more »

Obviously, it’s Khamenei who has a peasized shitlamist brain. He drew himself in a catch22 situation and so is it for Hezbollah… Islamic Republic of Iran is far more illegitimate since the vile reptiles with their turbans came to power by a coup against the new born democracy. Population HATE the ayatollahs, now look, Israel has no oil, Iran is 58x bigger in size, has 9x Israeli’s population and Israel has 90% of Iran’s nominal GDP! Israeli GDP/capita is 7.55x what is earned by Iranians, actually, now an Israeli earns more than a Japanese, French or Brit for the first… Read more »

Those turbans may look out of style, but the heads bearing them are the most brilliant, logical and balanced the world will ever see since the hey-days of the great Greek philosophers.

If this is so, Russia saw the whole show since the beginning (Israel planes taking off), there is not way that Russia did not detect these planes or missiles. So, again, Russia did nothing to stop Israel attack to Syria army.

Highly probable that the Israeli jets were flown over Jordan , NW Iraq along the border with Syria to reach their targets. At the same time Israeli representatives had talks in Moscow , trying to blurr the situation and distract-confuse the Russians
