BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:30 P.M.) – Approximately one hour ago, the Turkish Armed Forces fired several missiles towards a humanitarian convoy that was entering the Afrin region.

According to a military source, the humanitarian convoy was entering the Afrin region through the Ziyarah Crossing, when it was struck by the Turkish Army’s grad missiles.

The source added that several trucks were badly damaged and many aid workers were injured as a result of this attack.

No further details were available at this time.

make sure the lousy UN knows about this,,syria tried sending aid and this was turkeys response ,,they always cry at the UN for syria to allow aid convoys in yet they ignore this good deed when it happens?

This wasn’t a bus and humanitarian aid, this was weapons supply as seen by secondary explosions. I still don’t believe we are seeing a influx of Syrian army into Afrin. Kurds gave up Syrian proper areas to Syrian forces in Aleppo and the Kurds militia with armaments moved to Afrin.

The Syrian alliance has demanded Kurds disarm and vacate all Syrian resources and border areas to SAA. We are not seeing that yet.
