BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:45 A.M.) – Minutes ago, the Turkish Army and their Free Syrian Army (FSA) allies reportedly shelled the Syrian Arab Army’s border guards in west Menbeij, allegedly killing 8 soldiers (unconfirmed) and wounding tens of military personnel.

According to a military source in Aleppo, the Turkish forces attacked the border guard units at the villages of Jubb Al-Himr, Bouhej, Al-Boghaz, and Korkoyok.

The aforementioned villages were recently handed over to the Syrian Arab Army by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) as part of a peace agreement in northeast Aleppo.

Since ISIS handed over Al-Bab to the Turkish forces, the latter has continuously targeted the Syrian Arab Army and Syrian Democratic Forces, killing and wounding several military personnel that were fighting Islamic State militants in northeastern Aleppo.

While Turkey claims to be fighting the Islamic State, their recent actions have been far from productive in the fight against the terrorist group, as they continue to target forces actually attacking ISIS.

So much about the public words of Turkish officialdom that Turkey accepts a Syrian border guard between TA and SDF as peace keepers.

A mere lie to hide the preparations for an attack.

Esta es otra prueba que Erdogan no lucha contra los terroristas, su objetivo es derrocar al gobierno Sirio y los Kurdos.
El Islamista Erdogan con estos hechos lo único que hace es distraer la ofensiva contra ISIS.

I may be wrong but I feel that Erdogan has nothing to do with this action. The jihadist militias fighting for the Turks are loose cannons.

Shows how smart it was for the SAA to agree to be a punching bag between 2 kinds of rat.

Yes : the upgraded S-200 in Aleppo will get a live test and so the Pantsir. Showing they can down F-16 is very important for Rosoboronexport!
It may also be important to show that an upgraded Mig-29 and even a Yak-130 can defeat F-16, preferably with a +100km BVR shoot. If some AGM-88 HARM can be intercepted, it’d make good advertising too.

IF this is true Turkey has just started a war against Syria.
Mein Bruder, what is great about war?

p.s. Erdogan gambles with what he inherited from Atatürk.
Kardeşim, what is great about that?
