BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:20 P.M.) – The Turkish military, alongside their rebel allies, have allegedly begun their Manbij offensive in northeastern Aleppo.
According to a statement from the Free Syrian Army (FSA), their troops and the Turkish Army have begun their battle to capture the city of Manbij from the “PKK terrorists.”
No details have been released, nor have there been any reports from this front.
Earlier today, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Syrian Arab Army (SAA) reached a deal to transfer the city of Manbij to the government.
Since then, the Turkish regime has doubted the legitimacy of this deal, claiming that the Syrian military was running a “psychological warfare” campaign.
