BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:50 P.M.) – Rebel forces based in and around the city of Ar-Rastan (on the border of Homs and Hama provinces) have called for an emergency meeting with Russian military negotiators to organize a new reconciliation agreement.

Sources say that militant delegations will ask for a reconciliation deal similar to what Jaysh al-Islam fighters in Douma city (East Ghouta) received whereby only Russian and Syrian military police will enter surrendered settlements, rather than the Syrian Army itself.

According to reports, the meeting is to be held on Wednesday afternoon at the the Dart Kabeera crossing area.

This development comes after a three-day Syrian Army assault has seen Rastan-based rebels lose control of about a dozen towns and villages as well as tens of key points throughout rural Homs and Hama.

Updates to follow as more information becomes available.

El ejercito debe seguir avanzando, sin tregua hasta derrotarlos… no dar tiempo a los terroristas para que escenifiquen otro supuesto ataque químico.
